Orange Oil

Essential oil extracted from the peel of the sweet orange, volatile and with a pleasant odor. It has the capacity to dissolve gutta percha, zinc oxide cement and eugenol, with or without association. It is biocompatible, has no harmful effects on health, is not very soluble in water, but is easily removed from the inside of the canal by surfactants.
